Tuning is a word that comes from the English tune, which means to tune instruments, to tune into a radio station. The Tuning Project, born in the space of Higher Education through the joint work of more than 176 European universities, in the attempt to seek common goals that give continuity to the Bologna Declaration of 19992. It seeks to create a "European space for Higher Education." This includes the definition of common goals, the matching of required competencies and the recognition of credits, among other things.
