Efectos mediadores de la orientación estratégica en la relación capacidad de aprendizaje organizativo y desempeño innovador: Un estudio exploratorio en Mipymes

El propósito del estudio es evaluar el efecto de mediación de la orientación estratégica OES en la relación capacidad de aprendizaje organizacional CAO y el desempeño innovador DI en micros, pequeñas y medianas empresas (Mipymes). El diseño metodológico se basó en un análisis de regresión jerárquica a partir de una muestra de 162 Mipymes en Costa Rica obtenidas por medio de un instrumento aplicado a propietarios, gerentes y encargados de las empresas. Los resultados evidencian que el desempeño innovador es influido positivamente cuando las mipymes aprovechan su capacidad de aprendizaje organizativo e integran en su funcionamiento dimensiones como la exploración, el amortiguar el riesgo, el contacto con el entorno y un diálogo y participación de sus miembros. De igual forma se releva que la orientación estratégica seguida por las mipymes, ya sea proactiva, analizadora o defensora es un determinante significativo en esta relación.
