Sociocultural crisis, justice context and thought Latin American critic

Abstract

In two books published this year 2020 and titled respectively: Evadir. La filosofía frente a la protesta social y Luchas Sociales, Justicia contextualizada y Dignidad de los pueblos. In its introduction to a sociohistorical and political understanding of the Chilean and Latin American contexts in which the protests and struggles of social movements and peoples faced the multiple injustices, inequities and exclusions that affect them. The general hypothesis is that although in 2019 we were facing a social crisis as a result of the increasing deterioration of democratic spaces, linked to the increasing violation of the economic-social rights of the majority
as a result of neoliberalist ideology, the new biopolitical crisis that adds the expansion of Covid-19, which has erupted across the planet in recent months, showing the contradictions between countries, regions and territories, allowing showing that the phenomenon of the crisis is much more complex since it assumes the form of a pandemic of the economic model and of a type of global civilization, which transpires in the spread of contagion not only from a virus, but from inhumanity in national and international relations. Despite the fact that the panorama is uncertain, based on some data that we extract from what has happened to us in recent times, we intend to delineate a political thinking that accounts for certain current political lessons that restore the dignity of ethics and politics in the social space. To do this, we will make an argumentative path in two stages: one that requires certain theoretical questions linked to the contexts of justice, and another, in which you provide an overview of Latin American social struggles that question neoliberal policies and post dictatorship democracies.
