Abstract

The present issue of Teoría y Praxis, the 27th in this history that began back in 2002, presents a panorama of Latin American reality, which will continue in future issues. Two of the articles in this issue take us to realities of which we frequently read about in the media, but of which we rarely receive direct accounts.
